Iran Update 7/26

We’re back to square one after the current bout of wasting billions of dollars and losing at least 4 American lives. He will NEVER put boots on the ground and Iran will never back down about the Strait of Hormuz. More of the same to come. No end in sight.

There’s also some indication that the present Ayatollah, in whatever medical condition he is that prevents him from appearing in public, is more prone to pursue nukes than his father, yet another untoward consequence of that latest round of American stupidity.

Kudos to the NYT for sleuthing out the reason why the new Qatari Air Force One is not as secure as the old one. This is a yet another example of what actually happens as opposed to what the American public is being told. Nothing new about it. FDR did it for 24 years, 1921 -1945.

The Democrats did another excellent job of shooting themselves in the foot in Maine. Just a few more yards to climb on the insurmountable mountain needed to take over the Senate.

We have yet to reach the half way point in the 47 shit show. I love the latest wrinkle - signs in front of the Smithsonian museums to MAGAsplain what’s inside.

Interestingly, I just asked CHATGPT to create an image of an item I would propose for the new Smithsonian gift shop, a KKK uniform with MAGA inscribed on the chest, and it was rejected!
